Investor Visits
It’s important to experience a place before you invest time and money in your relocation. Invest in Cornwall and UKTI can help you visit the County with funding for internal air fares, accommodation and your meals during a three day trip to Cornwall. We will also ensure you can get around with subsidised car rental and / or a member of staff on hand to help you travel to key meetings, check out commercial premises, and see some of Cornwall’s most iconic attractions – like the world renowned Eden Project.
Rent Assistance
The first few months of a relocation can be the most costly – buying stock, purchasing essential equipment, taking on staff. To help ease this burden, UKTI and Invest in Cornwall are offering businesses subsidised rental or rent holidays for the first three months following set up or relocation.
Professional Services
Doing business in a different country can sometimes be confusing. To make sure you are operating within our tax and labour laws, UKTI and Invest in Cornwall are offering £2,000 per client towards your professional service fees.
These offers are in addition to the wide range of support already available to relocators: grant and funding assistance; business support services; recruitment advice and subsidies; coaching and mentoring; access to innovation networks and assistance with locating commercial premises.
